Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with SaaS products or technology solutions is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
- Knowledge of the Townsville market is an advantage but not essential.
