About The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for experienced, energetic and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Guest Service team creating memorable first and last impressions through high quality service and experiences. We are seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, that are passionate and proud of the service they deliver and consistently willing to go above and beyond for our guests.

Reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor, some of your tasks will include;

  • Greeting guest upon arrival and assisting them with check-in and concierge services
  • Service of guests in the main terminal, including food, beverage and guest inquiries
  • Host and provide guest service at the Sydney based off-train experiences
  • Housekeeping duties around the terminal
  • Luggage Handling
  • Administrative duties and guest bookings support, including guest check-in
  • Other duties as requested

This position will require long periods of time of your feet, using office equipment and some lifting duties will be required. Candidates with demonstrate experience delivering high quality guest service in a front of house hospitality environment will be highly regarded. Barista experience is desirable.

The departure times of our journeys vary, and you will require flexibility with working hours, including weekend and public holidays.

A uniform will be provided to allow you to maintain professionalism and personal presentation in line with our company personality
