Your Role:
- You will be responsible for working alongside a driven and vibrant team, delivering outstanding customer service, and being strong Coach brand ambassadors.
- Demonstrate your strong communication skills, ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive workplace, and your love for working in retail. .
- Ability to drive sales, meet store targets and have an understanding of KPI's.
- Ability to confidently interact with customers and build great relationships.
- Sales experience and great attention to detail and products.
- Work in a fast paced outlet environment whilst upholding professional standards.

How you will contribute:
- Full time base roster ( Tues- Sat 37.5 hours)
- Eager to learn and develop your retail career at Coach.
- Previous experience in luxury retail/ outlet would be advantageous.
- A brand ambassador with a passion for delivering great service.
- Creative and innovative eye for detail and a natural flair for styling.
- A strong understanding of fabrications, styling concepts, trends and be focused on consistent knowledge building for the team.
- A team player willing to work together in achieving store targets and KPIs.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
