About the Role:

Are you based in the Mildura region and passionate about making an impact in your community? We’re on the lookout for a confident, energetic go-getter with a flair for sales, networking, and relationship-building to join our growing team!

Working alongside an established Workforce Partner, you'll play a key role in connecting with local employers and opening doors to meaningful employment opportunities for our participants. Your ability to market and communicate effectively will be the driving force behind helping people move into sustainable, rewarding careers.

This new role has been created in response to local growth—you’ll be stepping into a team with momentum and the support to succeed from day one. The position involves regular travel to nearby communities including Robinvale and Wentworth, so a flexible approach and enthusiasm for being on the move are essential. What You'll Do:

  • Empowerment through Engagement: Foster and maintain meaningful relationships with participants, employers, and community organizations to create tailored pathways for success.
  • Dynamic Days: No two days are the same—your schedule will keep you on your toes, from engaging in high-level meetings to casual, yet meaningful coffee catch-ups. Every day brings fresh opportunities and exciting interactions.
  • Measure of Success: Your impact will be measured by the positive relationships you build and maintain and the sustained employment outcomes you achieve.

About You: While prior industry experience isn’t essential, what truly matters is your drive, networking prowess, and ability to thrive in diverse environments. You keep deadlines in check, while keeping things organized and ensuring compliance with key administrative tasks. What sets you apart is your confidence and passion for hitting performance targets, all while making a real impact by helping build stronger communities through sustainable employment.
