A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
We're seeking Inbound Sales Consultants with a background in customer service or sales, alongside strong communication and computer skills, to join our expanding sales team representing a leading energy retailer!
The main mission of the Sales Consultant is to leverage their expertise to help customers identify their needs and transform these opportunities into sales, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will utilize your proven sales and service skills to showcase the value and benefits of our client’s products and services.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or service environment
- Motivated to deliver sales results and achieve Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
- Dedication to excellence in customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Able to navigate multiple systems and online tools
- Willingness to learn and maintain new skills
- Flexible and positive work approach and attitude
- Willingness to work onsite (Southbank location)
- Commitment to work on a rotating roster from 8.00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
