The Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced secondary educator with International Baccalaureate teaching and leadership expertise, to join PLC in a full-time position for 2026.

This role offers a 0.6 FTE (25 periods per cycle) time release, with a 0.4 FTE teaching allotment.

As the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading the ongoing development and delivery of the IB programme, guiding its pedagogical direction and ensuring its successful implementation across the College.

About You

You are a VIT qualified and passionate educator with a strong background of engaging IB students in meaningful learning, particularly through the Extended Essay and other Core Components.

You will bring strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a love of learning within an independent girls’ school environment.

You will confidently guide, develop, and nurture our students’ love of learning, whilst also understanding the need for strong classroom practice and the maintenance of high standards amongst our students.
