About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time, 12 month contract (with possibility to extend) Regular Giving Clerk to join our Supporter Experience and Retention team based out of our Blackburn, Melbourne office.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our amazing Donor Services team to provide clerical services to our regular giving donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Regular Giving strategy, growing both our donor base and donation value
- Engagement with Regular Giving donors and maintaining daily Regular Giving program by answer incoming calls (Genesys Phone System) and mail and when required, conduct outgoing calls and send outgoing mail to Regular Givers
- Retain and upgrade Regular Giving gifts, plus promote other Salvation Army products
- Processing and receipting of Regular Giving donations
- Database administration (Blackbaud CRM) of Regular Giving donors, ensuring regular donations are current, accurate and completed
- Generate Regular Giving reports
About you:
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or a minimum of two years’ experience, preferably in an organisation with equivalent constituent base and involving quality services to donors or customers
- Experience in a Customer Relationship Management System or a similar database (preferably in a fundraising environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
