  • Full time, 12 month fixed term role
  • Geelong office location, with flexible hybrid working (3 day office attendance required per week)

About the role

​​ The Design and Test Manager provides strategic and specialist advice in relation to the strategic design and delivery of customer-centric services and managing the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing process. This role will be critical to ensuring new or improved services are designed with user needs at the centre and that all solutions meet functional, technical, and quality standards before launch.​

About the Team

Reporting to the Program Director this role sits within Design and Optimisation Branch in the Enterprise Transformation Division. You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced branch who are curious and open to new ways of working.

The Enterprise Transformation Division successfully delivers the organisation’s strategic priorities cost effectively and in a way that optimises organisational outcomes, client, employee and provider experience and a positive community impact. The division oversees the Portfolio, Program and Project Delivery for the TAC, as well as the technology development and operations (including digital) for the TAC.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrated leadership experience

Proven ability to lead a team, direct work and contribute as a subject matter expert.

Proven experience in service design, user experience, or user acceptance testing including:

  • Strong understanding of agile, human-centered design, and change management principles.
  • Proven experience in developing and overseeing UAT strategy, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project timelines.
  • Proven track record of using project methodologies and business analysis approaches to implement process improvement initiatives

Demonstrated experience in a complex project environment

Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to business stakeholders as well as self-motivated, independent and proactive with an emphasis on high-quality and on-time delivery
