About the Role
We are seeking a motivated New Homes Senior Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in the Sydney Southwest region . Reporting directly to the Director and General Manager , you will manage an established client portfolio while proactively sourcing new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-focused individual currently working in sales who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to take their earnings and career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your existing customer base in the Sydney South West territory
- Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities including house and land packages
- Work within a proven national sales model with full marketing support
- Meet and exceed KPIs and realistic sales targets
- Implement tailored marketing strategies to drive engagement and generate leads
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process-from enquiry to slab stage
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend weekend appointments as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Currently employed in a sales role (real estate, construction, or property industry preferred)
- Previous experience in New Home sales and have a willingness to learn and a desire to forge a successful career in the home build industry
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to take ownership of your territory
- Creative thinker with the ability to uncover new sales avenues
- Willingness to work weekends and support team goals in a dynamic environment
