About The Role
We're hiring a UX Designer (Fan Experience) to design digital fan journeys end to end within our Ovation pillar. This role will form part of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to help us reimagine the fan journey across our web, app, and AI-powered platforms.
In this role, you'll focus on translating fan needs and business goals into seamless digital experiences across our web, app, and AI-driven discovery surfaces. Working within a growing, cross-functional team, you'll partner closely with researchers, analysts, product managers, and fellow designers to define and optimise key flows that elevate every stage of the fan experience.
This is a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for a strong UX practitioner who thrives in collaborative environments and brings a clear design process to complex problems. While visual polish is important, your core strength will be in journey mapping, interaction design, wireframes, and prototyping .
Requirements
What does a day in the life look like?
- Design and optimise interaction flows, journeys, and prototypes across mobile and web
- Translate insights and data into effective UX solutions
- Work closely with researchers, analysts, and visual designers
- Help evolve our interaction patterns and design system
- Collaborate with the Hybrid UX/UI Designer to bring interaction concepts to life with appropriate visual styling and responsiveness
- Participate in design critiques, reviews, and collaborative workshops with stakeholders from Product, Technology, and Marketing
- 3+ years in UX or interaction design
- Strong portfolio showing user flows, wireframes, and problem-solving
- Confident using Figma or similar tools
- Passion for creating accessible and user-friendly experiences
