Description:
Some of your responsibilities will include:- Lead the development and successful delivery of the TIPDS Renewal project through the effective application of program and project management methodologies.- Drive the development and publication of the renewed TIPDS working with subject matter experts, and consulting with key transport industry stakeholders.- Develop key project documentation and schedules and establishing and supporting appropriate project governance arrangements.- Act as the 'editor-in-chief' for the final wording of the renewed TIPDS.- Consult, liaise, influence and negotiate with project team members and stakeholders to support the delivery of agreed outcomes.- Lead, manage and control project activities in accordance with agreed plans to ensure required tasks are delivered on time and to budget.- Identify, evaluate and manage strategic and operational risk using appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Present and facilitate briefings, workshops and training sessions to managers and staff.- Provide expert advice, guidance and support to the Program Director (Industry, Procurement & Contracts).For further information, please refer to the Applicant Guide and Role Description attached.Applications will rewmain current for 12 months.
