Description:
As a Case Support Worker you will:* Follow guidelines and administrative processes in relation to records management, finance and other administrative tasks that are consistent with departmental policies, procedures and departmental objectives.
* Provide administrative support to frontline staff including liaising/communicating with relevant stakeholders and service providers to implement and maintain appropriate casework and individualised service plans to achieve positive outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive matters.
* Participate effectively as a team member, meet deadlines and work collaboratively and flexibly in a multidisciplinary team.
* Use, update and monitor relevant databases to maintain accessible and clear case records consistent with departmental case management requirements.
* Develop and maintain knowledge relevant to the role, and actively participate in appropriate learning and development processes.
* Participate in the delivery of culturally responsive services as a member of a culturally capable workforce.
