Executive Officer (Community & Liveability)
About the Opportunity
Council is seeking an experienced Executive Officer to provide a range of high level executive, secretariat, and project support services to the General Manager (Community and Liveability) and the Community and Liveability Division.
This position is based in Dalby.
Reporting to the General Manager (Community and Liveability), you will be:

Researching, drafting, and writing (or overseeing the delivery of) correspondence, presentations, reports, newsletters, and submissions on behalf of and / or in conjunction with the General Manager;

Interacting with Managers and/or external stakeholders for projects, initiatives, issues, policy directions, and operational matters;

Supporting the Divisional Leadership Team by ensuring the integration and co-ordination of projects, resources, meetings, and activities; and
-
Providing professional assistance and advice to the Divisional Leadership Team in relation to protocols, initiatives, and proposals which contribute towards the achievement of the Division's and organisation's stated goals and objectives.
