Job Description:
The Private Cloud AI Solution Architect is responsible for architecting solutions that achieve customer business outcomes, integrating necessary third-party components (e.g., software and integration). They develop and articulate compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals, ensuring customer’s business and technical requirements are met. They provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers through presentations, demonstrations, etc., to gain customer mindshare within HPE’s Private Cloud AI solutions.
As a Private Cloud AI Solution Architect , you'll play a pivotal role in enabling HPE’s cutting-edge Private Cloud AI turn-key solution , co-engineered with NVIDIA . Your expertise will help enterprises scale AI projects from pilot to production, simplifying their AI journey. You'll combine technical prowess with customer engagement, driving impactful solutions and showcasing HPE's leadership in AI technologies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling customer proposals, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure requirements are met.
- Quantify business impact, position value, and assess solution strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide input to global business units on IT trends, gaps, and unmet needs.
- Translate outcome-based solutions into scalable functional and technical designs.
- Communicate how solutions address customer needs.
- Track emerging technologies and contribute to industry development through conferences and social media.
- Incorporate industry and customer-specific technology trends.
- Gather and apply competitive intelligence.
- Drive account business planning and build customer relationships by advocating technical strategies.
- Produce comparative analyses of approaches to meet requirements.
- Design, configure, and optimize workload solutions for cost, scope, and benefits.
- Leverage partner products and transfer knowledge externally.
- Identify and nurture sales opportunities within accounts.
- Participate in sales forecasting and document activities throughout the sales cycle.
- Build strong relationships with customer executives and share knowledge with peers and junior team members.
About You:
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) with solution design and architecture experience.
- Experience with HPE Private Cloud AI solutions, including data privacy, governance, and compliance.
- Track record of delivering successful AI, private cloud, or enterprise IT solutions.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA-based solutions and HPE AI technologies is highly desirable.
- 8–12 years of IT experience focusing on consulting and solution selling.
- Expertise in solution configuration, demos, and POCs.
- Strong understanding of product portfolios, solution domains, and integrated workloads.
- Ability to translate ecosystem offerings into customer value and prioritize solutions for outcomes.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and business acumen skills.
- Experience with sales cycles, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Resource management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with relevant products and solutions.
- Ability to create and deliver product demonstrations and walkthroughs.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of partner offerings and go-to-market strategies.
