As Learning Manager Corporate, you’ll be a strategic partner to Qantas Group’s Global Sales & Distribution and Corporate teams - leading the design and delivery of learning programs that drive performance and enhance customer experience. Collaborating with senior leaders and HR, you’ll identify capability needs, develop targeted solutions, support skills development across key portfolios, and influence the broader Group Learning strategy while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


You’ll have

  • 5+ years’ experience in learning management, facilitation, or training strategy.
  • Tertiary qualification in adult education, business, or a related field.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and the full training cycle.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver diverse learning solutions, including eLearning and accredited programs.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development, with strong commercial understanding.
