Our team is looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager for our After Market Services team who will execute towards our 'Zero Cost of Returns' and ‘Zero Defects’ vision.
You will initiate, identify, plan and execute multiple activities to drive adoption of the program. The ideal candidate has an outstanding personality with a vision for reverse logistics and a clear drive towards continuous profitability improvements and customer obsession.
To excel in this role, you will:
• Be passionate about the customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on behalf of customers
• Be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance
• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence remote teams, both tech and non-tech
• Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel skills, SQL skills, and a deep curiosity about how things work
• Solve complex problems by designing and scaling simple solutions leveraging strong analytical skills and a sound business acumen
• Possess advanced project management skills, ideally experienced working in agile environments
• Develop and improve tools to collaborate with Sellers around our ‘Zero Defects’ and ‘Zero Cost of Returns’ vision
• Bring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standards

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience building business cases for products and features, and analyzing performance
