Burbank is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their dedicated team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Workflow Manager, this role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients as the office liaison throughout the construction process. As the Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible to serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. This role will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling client walkthroughs, inspections, and meetings with site managers along with managing essential applications for onsite services, maintaining accurate records of client communications and tracking customer service issues to ensure resolutions.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
The successful candidate must have prior experience in working with a residential builder and a demonstrated understanding of the building process. You must have a strong customer focus, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills along with strong time management and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines and possess a professional manner with the ability to build and nurture relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
