This pivotal role is an entry-level position with significant room for growth , focusing on delivering outstanding service to our existing patients and playing a key part in the efficient administration of our clinic. You'll be the friendly face and organisational backbone that helps our patients achieve their goals.

About the Role:
You'll be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer service and guiding existing patients through Ashley & Martin treatment programs. This includes providing personalised support, addressing concerns, and monitoring patient progress. You will manage patient accounts, encourage reviews, and ensure patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Patient Servicing & Customer Service: Providing personalised support, addressing concerns, and monitoring patient progress. You'll conduct regular check-ups and facilitate doctor appointments, manage patient accounts, encourage reviews, and ensure satisfaction.
- Operational Administration & Clinic Duties: Processing payments, managing patient data in our CRM and related systems, and reconciling daily takings. You will maintain accurate records for all transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation, ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures, and handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, and general office tasks. You'll also manage stock, process orders, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
Roster: The successful candidate will be working on-site on a Tuesday to Saturday roster basis, 76 hours per fortnight, with full availability 9am - 7pm Tuesday - Friday and 8.30am - 2.30 on Saturdays.
