Property Management experience is essential for Tenancy Officer roles.

Working closely with various community housing organisations we are currently seeking to expand our contracting team who specialise in this area of property.
We are seeking:-

• Housing Officers
• Tenancy Officer
• Administration Officers
• Finance Officers
• Governance and Compliance
• Tenancy Services Officers

You must be able to step straight into a role working in a fast paced environment with minimal training. You will have to demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with exceptional communication skills and an empathetic nature. Previous experience in community housing or property management is a must and knowledge of REST, Multi-Array and other industry specific programs will be highly regarded. Chintaro is also widely used.
Many of these assignments can be long and short term and may even lead to a permanent job offering. A majority of our assignments are filled without the need for advertising so register now to gain insight into some of the best opportunities in this market.
A current Working with Children Clearance and National Police clearance are required. NDIS clearance is also highly regarded.
