On-the-job experience and training
Over an initial 6-week period in summer you will work full time, alongside an exceptional, highly experienced team, providing the opportunity to gain valuable, real-world experience and training in a professional work environment.
E&P’s Intern program can provide you with an opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge essential to furthering your career, whilst being paid a competitive market rate.

Ideal Candidate
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- In your penultimate or final year of study for an Accounting, Economics, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- A team player that thrives in a relationship driven environment
- Looking to put your knowledge into real-life situations.
- A strong communicator, in both written and verbal situations.
- Proactive with strong attention to detail.
Suitable applicants will be invited to participate in an in-person assessment day, where you will hear from our leaders and previous interns and participate in both a group assessment and 1:1 interview.
