Position Title : Digital Coordinator
Duration: Full Time Permanent Position
Our client is an Australian Energy Retailer. They are one of the largest providers and a leader in Australia's decarbonisation journey. Their investing in new ideas, partnerships, and infrastructure, and using innovative technology to provide simple and affordable energy solutions.
The Digital Coordinator will be essential in driving the creation and execution of innovative digital features, content, and improvements across the company's digital customer platforms, including the website and mobile app. This role will involve managing and optimizing the platforms' Content Management System (CMS) to ensure it serves as a powerful communication tool, meeting customer information needs and providing an outstanding user experience. The Digital Coordinator will also work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects and initiatives.
The incumbent will be responsible and accountable for achieving the following outcomes, which may evolve in alignment with the business's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement new digital features to enhance functionality and user engagement on the website.
- Update and manage offers through the CMS platform to ensure that information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure website content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of app-specific features to improve the mobile customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and developers to ensure seamless integration of updates and features.
- Monitor app performance and collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with editing, publishing, and maintaining quality standards for all content across platforms.
- Coordinate content workflows, including sitemap changes, page updates, and archiving outdated materials.
- Plan, develop, and deliver digital content in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control to ensure the accuracy and relevance of published materials.
- Optimize and manage the CMS to ensure its efficient operation as a communication tool.
- Regularly assess platform performance to identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Contribute to the Conversion Rate Optimization working group, helping to develop new ideas and concepts to improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes for both the website and app.
- Create basic wireframes and low-fidelity designs in Figma to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with designers to develop high-quality UX/UI designs, ensuring a user-centered design approach throughout the process.
- Work with digital teams to ensure smooth handover of UX/UI designs for implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of digital initiatives and updates.
