Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Conduct site visits, liaising with builders and clients to understand requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Achieve sales targets and manage budgets
- Resolve customer concerns and provide long-term solutions
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to provide expert advice
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within building materials or construction
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret building plans
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-driven, collaborative, and authentic approach to work
