About the position:
Our client is seeking a driven Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer (Solicitor or Associate level) to join their growing team. You’ll be part of a high-performing group of legal professionals who work across government and private clients on a broad range of complex, high-value construction matters.
In this role, you’ll advise on both front-end and back-end construction matters including project delivery, regulatory compliance, procurement processes, contract drafting and negotiation, and dispute resolution. You’ll play a strategic advisory role on matters ranging from large-scale infrastructure developments to private commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on construction contracts, procurement, compliance, and project delivery
- Represent clients in disputes including arbitration, mediation, and litigation
- Draft and negotiate key project agreements (construction, maintenance, supply, etc.)
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships across diverse sectors
- Stay up to date with relevant construction laws, industry changes, and case law
- Contribute to precedent and process improvements across the team
- 3-5 years PAE, ideally with experience in construction and infrastructure law (private practice)
- Strong understanding of construction legislation, disputes, and project advisory
- Experience in managing files and client relationships independently
- Solid drafting skills with a commercial mindset
- Dispute resolution and arbitration experience highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented approach
