In your new role you will:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership, direction and supervision of the medical imaging clinical imaging information systems team.
* Develop sustainable and effective communication processes with the clinical workforce, digital health services, case-mix analytics team and third-party providers.
* In consultation with the Director Medical Imaging, manage all facets of human resources in terms of recruitment, mandatory training and education, performance management, individual's growth initiatives including encouragement of staff teamwork.
* Apply the CHHHS quality improvement system to the Clinical Imaging Information Service (CIIS) services.
* Continually develop and review system workflows and document processes to deliver efficient and effective CIIS services centred on patient care delivery.
