Are you an experienced Draftsperson with strong Revit skills ready to lead a high-performing drafting team?
Our client is a highly respected and long-established mechanical contractor with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical building services across commercial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors. With continued growth in Queensland, they are now seeking a talented Drafting Team Leader to take charge of their Brisbane drafting operations.
As Drafting Team Leader, you will manage a team of draftspeople and coordinate project deliverables across multiple high-profile construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring exceptional Revit expertise , strong project scheduling skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical draftspeople -
Oversee and coordinate drafting output to meet project timelines -
Create, review, and manage Revit models and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance -
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery -
Develop and implement best-practice workflows and standards within the drafting team

Proven experience as a senior draftsperson or drafting team leader in the mechanical/HVAC industry -
Expert-level Revit MEP skills - essential -
Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination, and services integration -
Demonstrated project scheduling and delivery coordination skills -
Excellent communication, time management, and team leadership abilities
