About the Role

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Ministerial and Executive Services team, to ensure high quality, timely, and effective flow of information between the Department and Minister’s Office and across DECYP.

Provide high quality advice and training to Departmental stakeholders on matters including quality assurance, reporting, templates, and all workflow-related matters and assist in leading business improvement for the team.

Period of Appointment

Ongoing - ASAP Start Date

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight
