Description:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support operations across the NSW region. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all HR activities, supporting a diverse workforce under multiple enterprise agreements.Reporting & Data Management: Generate and interpret Workday reports, prepare graphs and analyse key HR metrics
Payroll Liaison: Collaborate with the payroll team to support processing, salary increases and bonus calculations
Employee Relations: Manage day-to-day ER tasks such as performance letters, scripting and supporting review processes
Generalist HR Support: Lead onboarding, offboarding and general HR administration including performance documentation and contracts
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and support HR project initiatives alongside business stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous experience in a HR role is essential (minimum 12 months)
HRIS experience and comfort working with data/reporting
Excellent attention to detail and quality in documentation
Experience supporting performance or employee relations processes
Conditions:
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 + super
Bonus: 10% Short-Term Incentive
