MMT Recruitment is seeking a Territory Operations Manager (TM) to oversee the operations of multiple public and private radiology sites across Central Queensland . This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established, high-performing radiology network , driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality imaging services across the region.

About the Role

As the Territory Operations Manager , you will be a key leader within the business, responsible for overseeing eight radiology sites in Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald, Capricorn Coast, Biloela, and surrounding hospitals .

You will work closely with Chief Radiographers, Sonographers, and Medical Imaging Technologists , leading teams and ensuring seamless operational, financial, and strategic management across the network.

✔️ Manage public and private radiology contracts to meet key performance indicators
✔️ Drive strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
✔️ Lead and mentor teams to support a high-performing and collaborative work environment
✔️ Strengthen stakeholder relationships with hospital networks, referring doctors, and corporate teams
✔️ Utilise your radiology expertise to drive clinical excellence and innovation

About You 5+ years’ experience in a radiology practice with strong operational leadership
Degree in Medical Imaging (Radiography or Sonography) OR significant radiology management experience
Business/Management Qualifications – Advantageous but not essential
Proven financial management & contract negotiation experience
Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of RIS/PACS & healthcare technology systems
Inclusive & strategic leadership style with a passion for team development
