What You'll Do:- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families.
- Observe and document developmental progress using approved frameworks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to deliver high-quality care.
- Support the emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being of each child.
- A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (Certificate or Diploma).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A valid Working with Children Check or equivalent background clearance.
- A positive, professional attitude and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
