JOB DETAILS:
We are currently recruiting Mental Health Clinicians (Psychologists, Social Workers) to join the team based in Geraldton, WA .
In this rewarding role, you will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting young people experiencing complex and severe mental health concerns , including psychosis, major depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders.
Working within a recovery-oriented, youth-friendly model of care , you will provide tailored therapeutic interventions and case management.
The role also includes outreach and crisis response, where required. You’ll collaborate closely with families, peers, AOD specialists, medical staff, and community services to deliver meaningful, youth-centered support.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology OR Social Work
- Full registration or eligibility with AHPRA or AASW
- Experience working with young people with complex mental health concerns
- Strong assessment, case management, and therapeutic intervention skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current National Police Clearance , Working with Children Check , and a Driver’s Licence
