We have a very exciting opportunity for a person to join us in a part-time (30h/pw) Training Support Officer role, based in our Moonah office.

At St John Ambulance Tasmania, the Training Support Officer is a key part of the team supporting our Facilitators to deliver lifesaving courses, and also provides support to our front of house Reception area. The Officer is also a key role that contributes to the administration and staffing of our Reception area; with regularly scheduled days on Reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering general queries, checking in course participants, and basic data entry.

The role reports to the Training Manager – Quality and Compliance, and joins a small, collaborative team of dedicated and enthusiastic Administration staff.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

· Good organisation skills, and efficient time-management.

· Consistent high-level accuracy with detail-oriented approach to tasks.

· Ability to handle and maintain training equipment using correct manual handling techniques.
