About the Role As a Support Worker, you will assist NDIS participants to achieve their personal goals, build their independence, and actively participate in their community. This may include:

  • Providing personal care (e.g., hygiene, grooming, dressing)
  • Domestic assistance (e.g., meal preparation, cleaning)
  • Community access and social participation (e.g., outings, appointments,

events)

  • Transporting clients safely to and from activities
  • Supporting clients with routines, medication reminders, and skill development
  • Working alongside families, carers, and allied health professionals to ensure

holistic support ✅ About You We’re looking for people who are reliable, respectful, and passionate about inclusive care. You will ideally have:

  • Prior experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or community

support

  • A person-centred approach and strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours across weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team

Essential:

  • Current Driver's Licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Blue Card
  • Current

First Aid & CPR Certificate

  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online)

Desirable:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support,

Mental Health or similar

  • Lived experience or bilingual/bi-cultural skills are highly valued
