Description:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Sealant/Adhesive sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain and manage the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.
Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
