Requirements:
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Experience in workforce planning and change management.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting tools.
