We're excited to be recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role within our Moorabbin Head Office to focus on driving recruitment excellence across our retail and office-based teams.

About The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for office-based and store management roles, proactively source talent, and manage recruitment campaigns and projects. You'll collaborate closely with Regional and Store Managers, providing expert guidance and training throughout the hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for office and store leadership roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job ads and recruitment strategies
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, reference checks, and work rights verification
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support seasonal and strategic talent projects (e.g., Christmas drives, careers days)
  • Provide market insights and salary benchmarking support
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
