We want you to be a part of a team that makes a difference by strategic stakeholder partnerships that continue to grow an ethical workplace culture and reputation of the department. Your team is responsible for case managing complex workplace relations matters including grievances, discipline, workplace investigations, Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) and Public Interest Disclosure (PID) matters using a human-centric lens and representing the department at industrial appeals. Your team also provides integrity advice and capability development on ethical workplace practices including customer complaints, lobbyist contact and managing conflicts of interest.As a Senior Advisor you contribute to the department by providing tactical and operational advice, and pro-active, timely and effective management of workplace relations and integrity matters using an effective human-centered design approach. You will partner with business units to build a high performing, respectful and inclusive workforce and work closely with your manager, team members and Human Resources colleagues to manage integrity and complex employee issues.
