Description:
The Principal Policy Officer, Stigma Reduction provides highly developed policy analysis & advice and contributes to the planning, consultation, development & implementation of the Stigma Package.The Stigma Package is funded as part Better Care Together - a plan for Queensland's state-funded mental health, alcohol and other drug services to 2027.
While you will be a key member of the Stigma Package project team, working collaboratively to deliver project outcomes in an integrated and coordinated manner, the role sits within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Reform team.
You will have excellent analytical, critical thinking, policy development, project management and stakeholder engagement skills & relevant experience to support the design and delivery of approaches that reduce stigma associated with mental ill-health, alcohol & other drugs issues, suicide, and eating disorders.
