Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer based in Brookvale, Sydney, NSW.
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for general administrative tasks, supporting office operations, handling communication, providing administrative assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. Their daily tasks will include managing schedules, organizing and maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in General Administration and Organization Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- QMS experience a plus,
