We are recruiting CRA I, CRA II, and Senior CRA professionals - ideal for those with at least 12 months of independent monitoring experience looking to grow in a flexible and growth-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Manage and document clinical trial activities in line with ICH-GCP and industry best practice
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Collaborate across functional teams to deliver trial success


Required Skillset:

  • At least 1.5 years’ experience as a CRA in pharma/life sciences, including 12 months of independent monitoring
  • Degree qualified in a relevant scientific field
  • Strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge


Title: CRA I, CRA II, or Senior CRA

Salary: $110 - $140 (including car allowance) plus superannuation - dependent on experience level
