- Created iconic haircare brand Bouf from scratch

Who you are:
We’re looking for junior-mid designer (3-days a week) who exhibits conceptual thinking, strong design craft, and typographic skill. Your folio should exhibit a level conceptual thinking, design craft, typographic skill and a understanding of digital.
You are across the latest international trends and have a strong passion for graphic design and have a genuine curiosity about design and brand beyond what is trend.
You’ll work across brand creation, development, and rebrands as well as campaign design and rollout.
You can turn visualisation into comprehensive, insight-led design systems. You’re comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, liaising with the Design Director, clients, copywriters, producers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
This role suits a bold, original thinker who can move confidently between print and digital and know the line between one coffee and too many.
Your day:
- Collaborating with the creative team to bring brand and campaign ideas to life
- Assisting in the creation and rollout of visual identities—from logos to brand systems, colour palettes and typography
- Designing assets across brand guidelines, packaging, web, email, social and campaign materials
- Supporting senior designers with concept development, production and presentation prep
- Helping maintain design systems, templates and brand libraries
- Contributing to Willow & Blake’s own creative work—our social, email and digital presence
- Managing your time like a pro while juggling multiple projects and deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience (agency, freelance, or a folio that proves you’ve got the goods)
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong typographic eye and design craft
- Understanding of social media’s role in storytelling and brand building
- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in motion or animation (After Effects or similar)
