Your Key Accountabilities

The core capability requirements for this role are:

  • Capture and analyse ‘As-Is' and ‘To-Be' business process models using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) or other mapping methods to depict a detailed sequence of business activities and information flows needed to complete business processes.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to define, develop, test, implement and evaluate information systems and their processes.
  • Identify improvements and undertake gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to identify shortcomings, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop business requirements specifications to ensure operational processes align with the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Contribute to project work and provide advice to management on application and associated issues and initiatives including risk identification and management.
  • Facilitate collaboration and the gathering of inputs by leading meetings and workshops.
  • Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing professional guidance and support.


Role Requirements

Qualification

  • A relevant qualification will be highly regarded.


Technical/ Operational/ Educational Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in facilitation and business process mapping is essential.
