Role SummaryJoin a collaborative IT team dedicated to supporting ClearView’s people and partners. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and timely technical assistance, helping to maintain efficient systems and seamless day-to-day operations.
Primary (Key) Responsibilities
- Provide effective IT support via telephony, email, and in-person channels.
- Log, update, and track all incidents, service requests, changes, and assets within the ITSM tools.
- Undertake hardware installations, laptop builds, and equipment refreshes in a timely manner.
- Manage user access provisioning and terminations in line with company procedures.
- Maintain and support local and virtual desktop applications.
- Set up and provide support for audiovisual (AV) equipment in meeting rooms.
- Maintain and support printers and other end-user peripherals and devices.
- Participate in limited out-of-hours on-call support on a rotational basis.
- Manage laptops and mobile devices using Intune.
- Support and administer Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and user accounts.
- At least 3 years’ experience in an IT support role
- Excellent customer service along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management preferred) and Microsoft Admin Center.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure AD.
- Experience supporting Windows devices (Mac experience a plus) with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
