As a Prep to Year 12 campus, we cater for all children from ages 5 to 17 and offer every opportunity for each student to experience an individual learning pathway. About The Role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Wellbeing and behaviour management initiatives and interventions to support high quality educational outcomes for students.
  • Development of quality teaching and learning and planning the right intervention and support at the right time, to provide quality schooling for all students.
  • Lead and manage the Wellbeing and Engagement Teacher and CSOs.
  • Nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, parents and education stakeholders.
  • Applying positive accountability and coaching processes to create positive change in teaching and learning practices of staff.
  • Positively impacting student learning outcomes, social emotional development and wellbeing.
  • Be actively involved in the Primary Leadership Team to lead and progress College AIP and strategic plan priorities.
  • Set high standards for staff and student performance.


To Be Successful In This Role You Will

  • Be an effective communicator with excellent skills in developing positive relationships and have the ability to function to a high standard in a team environment.
  • Possess a sound knowledge of Essential Skills of Classroom Management and knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning.
  • Be highly regarded if you have experience and demonstrated knowledge in classroom profiling, inclusive education, Reboot, and developing student wellbeing.
