Description:
- Lead budgeting and continuous forecasting across multiple business units.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial plans aligned with organisational objectives.
- Deliver options and scenarios to influence operational and financial outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvements and technology initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, compliance cycles, and project accounting as required.
Requirements:
A successful Business Partner, Finance should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, and progress toward CPA/CA membership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
