Key responsibilities:
- Perform quality testing and performance correction maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues in simulators and related systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system updates.
- Assist in software updates and hardware upgrades for simulation systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for simulation users.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.
Requirements:
A successful Simulator Technician should have:
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, electronics, aviation or a related field.
- Experience as a Simulation Technician, Aviation Technician or Network Engineer
- Experience with simulation equipment or similar technical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
