Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform quality testing and performance correction maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues in simulators and related systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure equipment is operating at peak efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system updates.
  • Assist in software updates and hardware upgrades for simulation systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for simulation users.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.

Requirements:

A successful Simulator Technician should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, electronics, aviation or a related field.
  • Experience as a Simulation Technician, Aviation Technician or Network Engineer
  • Experience with simulation equipment or similar technical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in an industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
