Description:
- Provide first-line IT support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Monitor and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and tools as required.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Window 10, Office 2010,2013,2016 ) and server products (VM, AD, MS server 2019, etc)
- Solid knowledge of networking technology and communication protocol
- (Bi-lingual ( English and Korean ) preferred (contact HQ daily bases)
- Management of IT assets
- Printing solution experience
- Proven ability to priorities work and meet deadline
- Outstanding customer service skills and demonstrated ability to deliver solutions
- Time Management and Mufti.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and with limited supervision.
