Description:
- Lead business operations initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA4HANA, ensuring smooth integration and functionality across finance processes.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to validate accounting workflows and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system performance and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders during post-implementation stabilizationstabilization.
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation within SAP.
- Prepare reports and documentation on system performance, testing outcomes, and process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA 4HANA (finance/accounting modules) - ability to "make your way around" the system confidently.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
