Description:
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product displays.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure cohesive brand presentation.
- Analyse sales data to optimise merchandising strategies.
- Maintain visual standards across multiple locations across Perth and central locations.
- Provide training and guidance to store teams on merchandising principles.
- Coordinate and oversee promotional displays and seasonal setups.
- Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, ideally within the premium or luxury sector
- Strong understanding of current market trends and consumer preferences
- High attention to detail with a creative mindset and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life
- Strong client service mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a focus on achieving performance outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, open to feedback, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across projects, stores, or presentations
Conditions:
