Manage accounts receivable processes end-to-end -
Prepare and issue invoices for funding, grants, and service delivery -
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with stakeholders -
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly -
Assist with month-end reporting and compliance requirements -
Support the finance team in delivering accurate, transparent reporting
Requirements:
A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:
- A strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Conditions:

Previous experience in accounts receivable or transactional finance -
Open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds with transferable skills -
Strong attention to detail and accuracy -
Excellent communication skills for liaising with donors, partners, and service providers -
Proficiency in Excel and exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle advantageous) -
