Description:
- Lead and manage complex projects within the Clients Program.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards throughout project execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and milestones.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
Requirements:
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end project management within non-tech related projects such as; Capability uplift, HRIS, D&I, Leadership
- Proven Stakeholder enablement skills
- Project Management accreditations
- Ability to come at least 3 days to the Geelong office
Conditions:
- FTC contract for 3 years in total (starting at 12 months)
- Salary of 145,000 to 154,000 + superannuation
- Manage multiple non-tech related critical projects
